5-D provides experience-based support to the development of Concept of Operations (CONOPS) studies and analyses, requirements definition, and evaluation of alternative operational and technical approaches related to the development or employment of military forces. This aptitude includes the development and evaluation of capability requirements which are necessary to establish the overarching doctrine required to meet the warfighting Commander`s objectives. 5-D is experienced and skilled in the application of knowledge associated with Operations Research and Systems Analysis, Decision Analysis & related statistical tools, cost analysis, operational environment, human resources analysis, force development, and organizational analysis.
